The design process begins once the order is placed and payment is completed. After working closely with you on your design edits, our expert team will create your customized design. If you don’t love it, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund without any deductions.

All our products, except for select seasonal special editions under the "Collections" section, are fully customizable just for you.

Our design process continues until you're happy with the result, and if, at the end of the process, you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund. Once we have your approval and your order goes into production, it's created exclusively for you. While returns aren’t possible due to the personalized nature of our products, you can rest assured that the quality of our items is on par with the exceptional design you’ve approved.
